Concrete and acrylic surfacing are performed to professional standards, using materials suitable for Michigan’s freeze-thaw climate.

While natural concrete movement and hairline cracks may occur over time, we stand behind the quality of our preparation, drainage, and installation methods.

Extended or written warranties, if applicable, will be detailed in your individual project agreement.

6. Limitations of Liability

Lob Shot Courts and its affiliates shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Weather events, ground movement, or acts of nature
  • Misuse of the court or lack of maintenance
  • Delays due to material shortages or permitting issues
  • Use of third-party subcontractors, suppliers, or equipment outside our control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the related project.
